In Ohio, The Sheboygan Press reports that Cleveland man William R. Stingl, 52, was charged with stealing $2,900 given to him by his parents to make mortgage payments on his parents’ property. Stingl allegedly told his parents that he would forward the payments to the bank along with his own portion of the mortgage, but he instead cashed the checks for personal use.
