Tennessee Cops Pursuing Suspected Equity Skimmer

WMC-TV Channel 5 in Memphis, Tennessee reports that Horn Lake police are looking for a man who they claim has conned four area homeowners facing foreclosures into signing over their homes. The cops claim that the man targets vacant houses and sets up renters collecting large monthly rent payments until the bank forecloses on the house.
