Boston Neighborhoods Taking A Beating From Vacant Foreclosures

In Boston, Massacusetts, recent columns in the Boston Herald describe the beating being taken by neighborhodds in some parts of the city due to vacant and abandoned homes that have been foreclosed on by mortgage lenders, and in some cases, being taken over by squatters and drug dealers to ply their trade.
