From the Pennsylvania Coalition of Manufactured Home Residents (PAMHOA):

  o You are in constant danger of losing your home and contents!
  o You are coerced into paying rent increases and accepting unreasonable demands by the land owner!
  o If the land owner decides to sell the community, you can be evicted without advance notice or compensation!
  o If evicted, you cannot access your own property and must continue to pay rent!?!

• Learn current, pending, and future legislation.
• Share your concerns with people who are working on protecting your rights.

Open to all Pennsylvania manufactured home residents (mobile home, manufactured home, modular home, leased land residents) and people who want to help.
