Another Tennessee Man Tricked Into Signing Over Home

WMC-TV Channel 5 in Memphis, Tennessee reports that a man named Jim Boyd tricked a local homeowner into signing over a quitclaim deed on his house to him. Now, the mortgage payments aren't being made and the homeowner is getting calls from the mortgage company and the home is going into foreclosure.
