Pennsylvania To Create Mortgage Rescue Fund

Bizjournals.com reports that Pennsylvania state legislators have announced that the state would be starting a mortgage rescue fund for problem home mortgages and are calling on subprime lenders to agree to a voluntary moratorium on foreclosures.
