Fighting Florida Grandmother Sues Shoddy Roofer; Collects $3K Refund

The Pensacola News Journal reports on the story of Leenora Nix, an 84 years old Florida woman who got ripped off by a local roofer for a crappy roofing job on her home. After first going to a lawyer, then complaining to state consumer protection agencies, and not getting any satisfaction, she sued the roofer herself, and obtained a money judgment against him.
