Foreclosure Rescue Operators Alive & Well In Tennessee

A recent article in The Tennessean shows that the State of Tennessee is not immune to foreclosure rescue schemes. The Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands reports that it gets about five to 10 calls a week from financially strapped homeowners relating to foreclosure rescue programs. The article recounts the experience of one homeowner facing foreclosure with Nashville-area foreclosure rescue operator Mark Haining.
