Ohio Legislature Attempting To Slither Proposed Industry-Friendly Debt Settlement Statute Into Law?

Hot-button bills slither through lame-duck sessions because retiring or defeated ("lame duck") legislators, who can pass laws through Dec. 31, won't face voters again.
