• Putnam County Common Pleas Judge Randall Basinger and the Putnam County Bar Association have announced the formation of a referral system to provide free legal assistance for homeowners facing foreclosure in Putnam County. The Putnam County Bar Association will be working with the existing Putnam County Foreclosure Task Force to provide free legal advice to individuals unable to afford counsel after a foreclosure has been filed.
